curriculum pdfIn my work I often use fans for wind effect, intertwined fragments of everyday sounds (from home, public spaces, nature), and occasionally real-life objects. In some of my newer works there is often a performance part that involves actors-extras (I mostly collaborate with my personal friends).
With these elements I create shells or vague outlines of familiar situations, set up in such a manner that a piece of the picture or content is missing.
What am I trying to accomplish? Well… a kind of a reconstruction of an abandoned moment, i.e. an echo that lingers in our memory with all its lost and attached elements. These are not necessarily personal memories, but constructions that emerge by connecting bits of pictures and information in time, when certain parts of life become immaterialized, and continue living through filters of subconsciousness.
